Cooking Instructions

Remove the product from its package.
Oven: Preheat the oven to 390-430°F. Heat up for 10-12 minutes, or until the internal temperature of the product reaches 165°F. Cooking time should not be exceeded.
Grill pan: Preheat the grill pan and cook over medium heat for 10-12 minutes.
Grill : Cook on the grill over medium-to-high heat for 6-8 minutes.

GREEK MEATLESS SOUVLAKI SKEWERS

INGREDIENTS

Serving size 1

  • 4 8 oz Mega meatless Souvlaki
  • 2 tablespoons extra
  • virgin olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon dried oregano
  • 1 tablespoon dried mint
  • 2 teaspoons kosher salt
  • ½ teaspoon chili flakes

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Line Meatless Souvlaki in a large baking dish in a single layer.
  2. Whisk the ingredients (i.e. all ingredients following the souvlaki) together and drizzle over the Meatless Souvlaki.
  3. Marinate the meatless souvlaki for 30 minutes, rotating once, or up to overnight.
  4. To cook: preheat grill or broiler on high heat.
  5. Grill or broil the meatless souvlaki for 8-12 minutes, rotating once halfway through the cooking process. Let rest for 8 minutes before serving.
