The “fast casual dining” concept is based on a simple menu, few choice items customized by the customer, quick service, fresh “Real Food” ingredients in a clean modern environment and promoting natural, healthier, environmentally friendlier sustainable food resources. It is the choice of younger generations, who also favor ethnic cuisines for the same reasons.

Megas Yeeros responds to the new social and environmental messages. It follows trends by investing in new technologies and product innovation. In a respond to the demand for ethnic food, it enhanced its range with a Hispanic and an Arabic line. Within a year, it has introduced more than 10 new products for these lines.

Suvlas - Panama

Suvlas’ fast casual dining concept started in 2016 with the vision to become the no.1 player in Greek Souvlaki in Panama. So far, they have opened 4 restaurants with a plan to open 4 more in the near future

Niko Niko - Houston

Houston, we have a lift off! Greek cuisine is doing wonders in this part of the United States. With 3 restaurants, packed on a daily basis, the Megas Yeeros products have become talk of the town.

GRK - New York

GRK Fresh opened in 2015 with the vision to spread Greek Culture through the United States and the Middle East. At present they operate 10 restaurants in the Big Apple, Washington D.C., Dubai and Qatar. They are also a big part of university life with two restaurants, one in NYU and the other in George Washington University.

Peppers - Greece

Fast casual dining concept in Greece is about smart and casual food choices in the environment of a proper restaurant. Peppers was the first of its kind in Greece and was met with great success. They operate out of 2 restaurants in the most classy suburbs of Athens.

Tsi Tsi - Greece

Tsi Tsi opened its doors in 2014 and operates today 3 restaurants in main Athens suburbs. They deliver their fast casual dining concept in a proper restaurant environment of 300 – 400 sq m. Their star product is yeeros and they are well liked for their atmosphere.

Taka Taka - Bristol

It’s a Greek restaurant grill, take away and delicatessen. They call their pittas ‘magic rolls’ and promote Greek culture with a spark of Englishness. They also sell tin containers of feta and other Greek deli foods. They are a signature Greek fast food in the center of Bristol.

Mamas Pita - London

They’ve taken London by strorm. They cook on a grill over hot coals. They offer souvlaki, yeeros and pita and like most Mediterranean mamas do, make it the tastiest and healthiest way to eat on the go. They use electric bicycles to deliver in respect to the environment.
