• 2 Megas Yeeros chicken souvlaki |
• ½ green pepper |
• ½ fresh onion |
• ½ fresh tomato |
• 2 teaspoons Greek yogurt |
• 2 tortillas |
• 1 tsp paprika |
• 1 tbs extra virgin olive oil |
• Salt |
• Pepper |
Method
1. Grill your souvlaki for 11-12 minutes, turning occasionally.
2. Cut the vegetables and place them on the grill/pan/oven, turning occasionally.
3. Warm the tortillas in a frying pan.
When ready, place the vegetables on a plate, put the souvlaki on top, cover with the yogurt, sprinkle some paprika and top with the fried tortilla
