• 5 cherry tomatoes |
• 5oz pork or chicken yeeros |
• 1 tbs extra virgin olive oil |
• 1 tsp dry mint |
• 1 tbs tirokafteri cheese spread |
• 1 tsp balsamic vinegar |
Method
1. Wash the cherry tomatoes and cut them in half
2. Roast the yeeros and cut when ready in thin juicy slices
3. Place the cherry tomatoes on a plate and put slices of yeeros on top
4. Add the tirokafteri
5. Mix the olive oil with the balsamic vinegar and sprinkle all around the bottom of the salad
